You’ll experience a high calorie burning, low impact cardio fitness class that you can do at your individual level and ability. Book your spot online by selecting “Schedule Jump Time”, then choose your date and select “Fitness Class”. Then Bounce your way To Buff! Monday and Thursday evenings, 8pm to 9pm and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 9:30am.
